Payment & delivery
We want ordering jewellery to be easy, convenient and pleasant for you. We prepare every piece for shipping with care, checking and packing it thoroughly so it reaches its new owner safely.
Payment
You can choose the payment method that suits you best:
- full prepayment to a bank account
- a 200 UAH deposit, with the balance paid on collection at the post office.
After you place an order, we will contact you to confirm the details and give you all the information you need to pay.
Delivery across Ukraine
We ship orders all over Ukraine with the Nova Poshta service.
Dispatch usually takes 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed (if the piece is in stock). For made-to-order pieces, timelines are agreed individually.
Delivery is paid by the buyer according to the carrier’s rates.
International delivery
We are happy to send our jewellery to countries around the world with Nova Poshta.
The cost and timing of international delivery depend on the destination country and the chosen shipping method. After you place an order, we will let you know all the details and help you choose the best delivery option.
Important information
Because most of our jewellery is made by hand, slight differences from the photos are possible. This is exactly what makes every piece unique and one of a kind.
