Exchange & returns

We put our heart into every piece, so we truly hope it will become something special for you. At the same time, we make sure the buying process stays fair and clear.

Returning a product

In line with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, jewellery and costume-jewellery items of proper quality, made for personal use, are not subject to exchange or return unless they have manufacturing defects.

If you received a faulty item

We check every piece carefully before shipping, but if you discover a manufacturing defect - during transport or for any other reason - please:

let us know within 3 days of receiving your order;
attach photos or a video showing the problem;
do not use the piece until the matter is resolved.

After reviewing your request, we will offer one of the following options:

repair of the item;
replacement with a similar item (if available);
a refund, if repair or replacement is not possible.

Custom orders

Pieces made to individual order, or with changes at the buyer’s request, are not subject to return or exchange, provided they match the agreed specifications and have no manufacturing defects.

Important

Slight differences in the shades of materials or in the natural pattern of stones, coral, pearls or other natural elements are not defects. It is exactly these features that make every piece unique.
